Uruguay, 2014–2017

Many of us are drawn to return to a place and our feelings only intensify with each return.  

For me, Uruguay is a place I revisit each year. It has evolved over the years into a thriving summer spectacle, yet somehow it manages to retain its authenticity. Each time I go, I see things as if for the first time, responding from a new place in my own evolution as a person, husband, father, and photographer.
